The dismissal process for TK - 2nd grade by the bus loop.

good afternoon their families with your Barney here we just had a successful school day where outdoor Soma take my mask off this video is to show you how we will be dismissing this school year okay so we start on the primary side kindergarten or first grade student they will exit from this cafeteria and they will go to this drop-off area now you'll notice these colortone the color cones is to provide a little bit of a barrier for parents and our students they'll come out single-file line with their teacher and everyday could be a little bit different in terms of their order but again kindergarten and 1st graders will be dismissed and picked up in this location okay so we'll be over here and get them lined up this is also no so we do ask parents and Guardians that you give a little bit of space from the curb so that students that do ride the bus have a lot of room to access those buses and we like to have the first few weeks we like to have facial if you see your teacher raise your hand nice little conversation we have a point of contact for you to pick up your child into work really well last year so we're going to continue with that on this year so you have an older sibling okay then again I was just going over kindergarten and 1st graders but if you have an older sibling in the third fourth and fifth grades they can walk over to this side of the campus after their dismissal with their teacher so meet up with you and your younger child you have a second grade student let me show you where the second will be picked up in the afternoon again during this transition parents or Guardians if you are running late or if there's a change in pick up please contact the office before dismissal and let us know changes that way we can get those changes to our teachers that day the wrought-iron black gate that is also where are that is where our second graders will be primarily dismissed there will be five different count with teachers names in the second graders will be followed out by their teacher or let out by their teacher rather and they will dismiss in the similar fashion if you have a second grader you go ahead and wave your hand contact with the teacher student is given to do the parent and if you have a younger sibling at that time you can transfer over from 2nd grade to First and kindergarten kids at different grade levels come up with a family meeting spot if you have a older sibling younger siblings find out where we want to meet as a family and stick to that plan it also is a good idea to communicate that plan to your child's teacher that is how we dismissed on our kindergarten first and second grade sides as I'll ask if you have older siblings walking over to meet your younger kiddos
